Machine Lush hosted an event on Saturday, April 24th for Club Loose’s No Fear Moves Spring. It was an event I choose over the Miata season opener we had in Long Island. I can’t say no to a drift event. What amused me by surprise was the number of Miatas that were in attendance. It was not just a drift event going on, but there was also a motorcycle course for beginners going on behind the course and on the other side was a motocross event that I did not have a chance to check out.

I got to see Paolo’s 180sx of Tough Club. I have seen it only twice in person from the events over the summer that Prime NYC hosted. Every single time it has stopped me in my tracks. It gives me so much nostalgia from the golden era of drifting from the late 90s and early 2000s. Speaking with him for a brief time made me appreciate the car even more as he took us on a rundown of his build. When I think of dope car owners that represent NYC car culture to the automotive world properly, this would be what comes to my mind.
